In addition to the product effect, packaging and delivery time, the main content of the explanation will focus on the customer's core concerns. If it is an order from an old customer, it will also include a review of the production status of the last order.

Then the department responsible for order placement and production will also make its own suggestions or questions about the order, so as to achieve seamless connection between customer needs and production links.

The quality inspection points list is made by colleagues in the quality inspection department after the order explanation meeting, mainly to test their understanding of the customer's core needs. The subsequent quality inspection work will also be carried out according to the process around the quality inspection points list.
